Electricity Affordability
This affordability bill package would address some of the key drivers of rising utility rate by creating a public financing program for new infrastructure, limiting what investor owned utilities can include in their equity rate base, and requiring cost-effective wildfire mitigation–making energy more affordable for all Californians.
